This is the latest version of the MyConnect app with new software updates.
If you have a previous version of the MyConnect app (Version 2.4 or earlier), we recommend you uninstall this version and install the latest version here.
You can find your version number by clicking on your username in the top right corner of the MyConnect app, then clicking ‘About’.
The minimum recommended device is an i3 processor with 4GB of memory, 10GB of free disk, and a screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 running on Windows7 or above.
